DEADLINE EXTENSION - 25TH MARCH
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION AND APPLICATION FOR ECSS AND FINANCIAL SUPPORT
18-25 SEPTEMBER 2016 QINGDAO, CHINA

Dear CLIVAR colleagues,

Due to unanticipated technical difficulties, the abstract submission system will migrate to a new system in the coming days. All abstracts and information submitted through the old system will be transferred to the new system, but this might take a few days. Past submitters will receive notification when this has been done, along with a new login, password and abstract number(s). If you have already submitted an abstract and wish to submit another, we suggest that you wait until you receive your new login info. Drafts will also be transferred and will be editable in the new system. If you are a new submitter, we also advise that you wait until the new system is implemented, which will be indicated on the website.

To allow plenty of time for migration and implementation of the new system, the deadline for abstract submission and application for the ECSS and financial support is extended UNTIL 25 MARCH.

We apologize for any inconvenience and look forward to your submissions and participation in the OSC. Please do not hesitate to contact info@clivar2016.org if you have questions or comments.

Registration will also open very soon in the new system.
