For the month of April, the American Geophysical Unions’s Hydrology Section Student Subcommittee (H3S) will be taking over CUAHSI’s Cyberseminar series. Each of the four seminars will showcase talks by four early career scientists studying some of the most pressing issues around hydrology and beyond, including 1)
Coastal Dynamics in a Changing World, 2) Rivers and Lakes Under Changing Climates, 3) Water Resources and Management, and 4) Water Pollution and Quality.

The 2.5 day Tutorial will feature lectures describing the physical parameterizations used in advanced atmosphere models, with a focus on the Community Atmosphere Model version 6, released in 2018.
The 2.5 day Workshop (12-14 June) will focus on new and emerging topics in physical parameterization of the atmosphere for weather and climate models. Invited speakers will review current ideas and methods for parameterization, and explore new approaches including machine learning and integration with finer scale models.

The Catchment Science Summer School is a 5-day short course that is intended for post-graduate students and post-docs interested in a hands-on catchment science curriculum, focusing on northern catchments, runoff processes and combined hydrometric, isotope/chemical tracer and modeling techniques in
catchment hydrology. Enrollment is limited to 30 students.
